Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST (Monday – Friday) and are generally shipped within 24-48 hours.

For individual residential orders: Standard shipping is via USPS.
For bulk business orders (clinics, crematories, and facilities): Standard shipping is via UPS.
Delivery is typically within 5-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY:

We take great care in hand-assembling and packaging our high-quality items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive damaged goods, please notify us within seven (7) days, and we will provide a replacement.

Items past the "Best if Used by" date are not eligible for returns.
Replacement Molding Material is available for purchase—please contact us for details.
If you need to return items for any other reason, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Credit will be applied to your account for future orders or invoices unless a refund is specifically requested.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued by check only (less transaction fees and shipping if we are at fault).
Credit card orders will incur a 4% transaction fee.
